We’ll cut to the chase so you don’t have to read a bunch of fluff. So What’s Changed, Other Than The Obvious?: We’re still placing our distributor orders on Friday, so the distributor-listed produce you see on the site over the weekend is what we like to […]

In an alternate universe, an aspiring young author goes to his magazine editor for advice on a story he’s written. The editor says, “This won’t do. This is too preposterous, even for a science fiction magazine. Science fiction has to be, at the core, believable. No rational person would believe that there existed a society in which people did not know where their food came from. You’re asking us to believe in a society where people eat over-prepared, chemical-laden, pre-packaged food hauled over long distances – instead of locally grown, in-season food, fresh from the soil.” This is the science […]

Cured Egg Yolks . . . yeah, they’re a thing. They’re a thing top chef’s are using in their restaurants to add rich complexity and flavor to things you’d never imagine. Now you can too . . . and why not? It’s easy! Grate them over pasta, thicken a homemade salad dressing, and most interesting to Cory and I . . . use them like a hard cheese. You heard that right, from what we’re hearing from our friend’s over at Leite’s Culinaria, they’re an incredible substitute for Parmesan! This “substitute for parmesan” thing was so intriguing to us, we’re […]

I’m going to let the pictures do the talking here, but I want to thank you guys and gals first. What’s […]

Bee pollen benefits anyone who consumes it. As an alkaline food, bee pollen benefits and balances the overall PH of your body. People agree that the bee pollen nutritional profile is one of the most complete in the world. I use it as an alternative […]
